Bamboo Bedroom
Many Hawaiian homes mix in Asian style furniture and design. Today I’ve designed a bamboo bedroom. I started my design with a bamboo print bedding set by Tommy Bahama. The bedspread is made of luxurious fabrics in a calming color. Then I added furnishings in several different textures that play off the bamboo theme. Enjoy:

Molokai Sea Ranch Home Tour
Situated on 6 acres, Molokai Sea Ranch is an amazing Hawaiian home! If you really want to get away from everything, Molokai is the island for you. With only 7,000 residents you will feel like you’ve stepped back in time. This estate is comprised of 4 buildings. Let’s take a tour.

Today’s Hawaiian home tour features a Kahana, HI home rental. It’s really everything I picture is a Hawaiian themed home. This home is designed with tropical fabrics and rugs, lots of wood and it’s infused with Asian influences.

Big Island Hawaiian Home Tour
Today’s home tour is actually a Hawaiian home vacation rental on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island. I love to look at homes for design inspiration and this comfortable home has many elements that thrill me.
Located on the beach, this 4000 square foot Hawaiian Home takes great pride in the details.
Great Room – Notice the neutral couch filled with tropical pillows, the natural colored wood and textures.
Lanai. With views like this, I could lounge here for days!
Kitchen. Notice the tropical bar stools, rattan dining room chairs.
Hot Tub – enclosed with bamboo, volcanic accents.
